Utilizing evidence based practices, we will design the most effective personalized treatment best attuned to you and your particular needs that will help you release the blocks such as self sabotaging thoughts and behaviors that hinder the path of healing and realizing your true potential.

My scope of work ranges from helping refugees escaping war in the Balkans during the 90s to currently working with children and adults affected by trauma, stemming from the effects of multicultural, socioeconomic, sexual or gender issues. I specialize in working with children, youth and adults with unique sensitivities and needs.

For the last decade I have been immersed in alternative ways of healing especially utilizing Reiki energy healing, which I find that, when combined with hypnotherapy, creates an incredibly effective and balanced holistic equilibrium within body, mind, and spirit, bringing about the feeling of blissful health and wholeness.
